You’ve come to the right place! Bridget has all these experiences and more:

Media:

Bridget Swinney has been a registered dietitian for more than 25 years. During this time she’s participated in hundreds of TV and radio interviews and many print interviews. She’s participated in numerous satellite media tours (the most memorable being when her earpiece fell out in the middle of an interview and she had to keep going while the stage hand grappled for it on the floor!) Other high points in her media career have been appearing on Good Morning America, The Food Network, Fox on Family and CNN On Health. Contact Bridget.

Recipe Development:

Bridget developed all the recipes for her 3 books and one book she co-authored, which featured vegan recipes. She has also worked with brands to create recipes for interviews and projects. She has a talent for selecting healthy ingredients that work together and taste great. Contact Bridget.

Spokesperson:

Bridget loves to craft inspiring messages for brands and products that she supports. She has worked with Abbott Nutrition, Mead Johnson, Ragu, Little Tummys, American Milk Producers, Egg Nutrition Center and Salmon of the Americas. Contact Bridget.

Fact Checking/Editing

Bridget was a medical advisor for Babycenter.com for 10 years. During this time, Bridget reviewed articles for medical accuracy and checked facts relating to the articles. She also contributed to articles as a source. Bridget was also the content editor for Live Well Digest, a specialty publication written for the WIC audience. In this role, she assigned, wrote and edited articles keeping low literacy level in mind. Contact Bridget.

Speaking/Training:

Bridget is a lively speaker, for both consumers and health professionals. With her “dietitian next door” personality, she comes off as professional, yet friendly and approachable.  

She has spoken on a variety of topics on prenatal, child and infant nutrition as well as healthy cooking techniques. Bridget has also done continuing education training for the Texas Department of State Health Services and the Alabama Department of Public Health. Contact Bridget.
